It’s a JUNGLE in Here!!!
For the first time, I’ve decided to participate in “Show us Your Life” from Kelly’s Korner.
This week is all about nurseries/kid rooms. I had a blast decorating my sweet boy’s nursery! I LOVE it!!!! As soon as I found out it was a boy (at 15 weeks) I started shopping for JUNGLE stuff. I love the brown and orange colors together with the monkeys everywhere and giraffe print bedding. First Monday in Canton, TX was a favorite destination of mine. Not only do they have awesome decorations for the home…they also have adorable baby items and clothes.
I LOVE that I didn’t even have to re-paint the walls. The bottom half is a light yellow and the top is a light cream color. I just picked fabric for the bedding that worked with the walls. It turned out FABULOUS!!!
The sign says “WILD THING..I THINK I LOVE YOU” :)
As a matter of fact…I KNOW I DO!!!!
The bedding was made by Amber with LOVE BUG BABY BEDDING…she has a booth in Canton, TX. She’s great!!!
The little sign in the middle of his dresser says….
“I made a wish and you came true”
This CUTE pillow was made by Amber also.
I got the wooden signs -“Monkey See Monkey Do” and “Baby Gone Wild” at Lone Star Baby.
The prints inside the frames came from Canton.
I got the shelf at Hobby Lobby and just spray painted it.
This was one of my maternity pics taken at Studio One to One. I thought it was unique. It’s hanging above the doorway. 
The HUGE giraffe came from Lone Star Baby. It was one of the first things I got for the room.
So there it is….Grayson’s room!!!

This ALWAYS gets a smile = )
We listen to this nearly every morning on the way to daycare. I did the video on Friday, 10/15. On Monday 10/18 I noticed him saying “up up up” when I put him in the car but I didn’t think anything of it. Then he did it again this morning. I’ve figured out that he is talking about this song! How CUTE!!!

My Little Pumpkin
On Saturday 10/16, we went to the Flower Mound pumpkin patch. There were no shade trees like the Arboretum so it was very hot!!! There was also too much sand and dirt blowing through the air. YUCK! But I managed to take a few pictures of my Lil’ Punkin Pie :)
He saw Mickey and Minnie and started heading straight towards them! So cute!!!
Then he saw this “boon” and he wanted it so bad…he LOVES balloons!!!

Go Rangers!!!
For the 1st time in franchise history, the Texas Rangers have won the American League Division Series and we are on our way to the World Series!!!! Just gotta beat the Yankees….LET’S GO RANGERS!!!!

State Fair of TX - 2010
Today we visited the State Fair of TEXAS. It was Grayson’s 2nd visit and it was much different than last year. It was very HOT today. Last year it was very COLD!!! How weird. That’s TX weather for ya!
Pop-Pop is in town for a visit. He wanted to take Grayson on a ride so they rode the Carousel. Once again, Grayson wasn’t very happy to ride. You can kinda tell by the nervous look on his face! :)
Then we got a yummy Pineapple Whip. I get one of those every year!!! It’s low-fat ice cream & it’s VERY GOOD!!! Grayson liked it!
Trent & his dad played a water gun game and lost!!! :(
It was a FUN day! The FAIR is always fun!!!

We went to the Pumpkin Patch at the Arboretum today. You are becoming a busy little bee and will not pose for pictures very much anymore. I managed to get some good shots of you just enjoying the pumpkins and the beautiful weather! You are sooooo CUTE!!!
